For individuals who haven’t found relief with traditional antidepressants, Gianan Health offers two of the most advanced and effective therapies available for treatment-resistant depression. We are one of the only practices in the area providing both TMS and Spravato® under one roof.

Spravato® (Esketamine)

A prescription nasal spray, Spravato is an FDA-approved treatment that works differently than oral antidepressants to offer rapid relief from depressive symptoms.

TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)

This non-invasive therapy uses magnetic fields to stimulate brain regions involved in mood. It’s a medication-free option with minimal side effects, performed right here in our office.
